Before I forget…

Browned 80g butter with 3 bananas in a pan. Blended 0.5 cups of oats. Added 1 egg, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup agave nectar, 1 tsp vanilla paste, and a pinch of salt with a dash of rum. Mixed with a fork and added rolled oats. Baked at 180°C for 35-40min (then left it in the oven over dinner).

Made 9 muffins. 

Note: add walnuts next time. 

My 1st Cheesecake

28/7 補充. 結果因為好友M生日慶祝當天, 我因地利不便無法趕到, 倍感愧疚. 於是多番考慮後決定豁出去, 第一次拿自己做的烘焙成品送人. 拿著心型的模型蓋了印, 然後沿著邊邊切了一大塊:

500g creamcheese, 20片digestives, 8樣其他材料*, $10的springform cake tin 和3個半小時後, 我才熊熊發現最困難的步驟和最大的考驗, 絕對是將那烤好的Cheesecake硬生生的塞到冰箱放一晚不准偷吃的等待啊!!!!

香蕉蛋糕 Banana Bread

桌上的兩根香蕉, 放了兩個星期, 熟到皮都快發霉了也沒有人動… 今天早上嘴饞, 就上網找了平時愛在CAFE買的BANANA BREAD的食譜.

中英文看了幾頁, 決定用看起來最簡單, 也不用我再出門添購原料的食譜. 將香蕉用叉子攪爛, 加上奶油, 蛋, 糖, 和麵粉拌勻後… 決定再多加室友買的COOKING CHOCOLATE CHIPS. 放進烤箱裡時還有些擔心… 不到容器三分之一的它, 到底會不會成功?
